It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice M. Hayes of Dakota City, Nebraska, who passed away on December 9, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Whisinand and Eleanor Whisinand (Marr); and her daughter Deb (Robert). She is survived by: her children, Gary, Pam, Jim and Mike. She is also survived by 15 grandkids.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Dakota City United Methodist Church (1523 Locust St, Dakota City, NE 68731). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
