She was predeceased by: her husband Daryl Johnson; her parents, John (Irene Sanford, Sr.) and William (Florence Sanford); her brother John Sanford, Jr.; her sister-in-law Darlene Sanford; her friend Albert Jones; and her parents-in-law, George Johnson and Eunice Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Keith, Kenny, Kevin, Karen, Kelly, Kim and Kathy.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mohr & Becker-Hunt Funeral Home (1431 W 29th St, South Sioux City, NE 68776). A prayer was held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
