She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin F. Rogers and Hazel Rogers Sr. (Hall); her former husband Charles Cemper; and her brothers, Alvin and Michael.

She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Gail Hlavac of Shenandoah; her close friend Randy McNally of David City; her children, Robert "Bobby" Cemper (Kim) of Columbus, Marc Hlavac (Margo) of Garrison and Teri Dostal (Rod) of Howells; and her sisters, Patricia Gerlach and Juanita Rhoades.
