He was predeceased by : his parents, Harley Saner and Laura Saner (Carruth); his sisters, Hazel Duryea (Clarence), Delilah Zimmerman (Dale) and Lorraine Glause (Rollie); his brother-in-law Tom Sierks; his son-in-law Floyd Lehmann; and his grandson Jason L. Saner.

He is survived by : his wife Shirley Saner (Houder); and his children, Donna Bottom, Connie Douglas (Butch), RaeAnn Lehmann, Steve Saner (Clara) and Les Saner (Connie). He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, brothers.
