He is survived by: his wife Melody Gakemeier of Murdock, NE; his sons, Bill (Lois) of Des Moines, IA, Doug (Jan) of Boone, IA and Travis (Michelle) of Eaton, CO.; his grandchildren, Joslyn, Jessica, BriAnn, Benjamin, Clayton, John, Mitchell and Daniel; his great grandchildren, Vincent, Ava and Winry; and his brothers, Steve (Shirley), Dan (Beth) and Tim (Amy). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and many friends.
