It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Helen Clara Fegter (Fairbury, Nebraska), who passed away on April 13, 2024, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Louis Schultz and Grace Schultz. She is survived by : her children, Sandra Kay Aden and Michael Steven Fegter. She is also survived by 9 Grandchildren, 27 Great-Grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Viewing was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Gerdes-Meyer Funeral Home (2414 H St, Fairbury, NE 68352). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Grace Lutheran Church (1100 G St, Fairbury, NE 68352).

Helen was also very involved in the Orphan Grain Train and was very passionate about her work with this charity.
