She was predeceased by: her parents, David John and Margaret E. Portrey (Warren); and her grandchildren, Tanner Merz and Amanda. She is survived by: her children, Sherry Bennett (Dennis) of Gretna, NE, Angie Moore of Hemet, CA, Marc Merz (Sally) of Falls City and David Merz (Lori) of Kissimmee, FL; and her sister Patsy Mandery of Greenwood, NE. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren.
