He was predeceased by : his parents, Milton Harmon and Evelyn Purvis-Harmon; his brother Don Harmon; and his nieces and nephews, Susie Harmon, Gege Kleppe, David Sailors and Kenny Arnett.
He is survived by : his wife Sharon Harmon of Hiawatha; his children, Todd, Troy Harmon and Traci Aberle (Doug); his grandchildren, Braxton and Kiersten Harmon; his siblings, Charlene Dana (Chris), Galen Harmon (Sue) and Leland Harmon (Marcia); and his pets, Parker and Peaches.
He was also the President of the Falls City Educational Foundation for 25 years.
