She was predeceased by : her husband Leonard Karstens; her parents, Franklin Hanson and Manilla Hanson; and her sister Margaret Polson. She is survived by : her children, Keith Karstens (Reva) and Jeanne Karstens (David Stevens); her grandchildren, Heather Karstens, Eric, Karina and Tessa Stevens; and her brother Franklin Hanson (Glenda).
