It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James J. Welchert (Fort Calhoun, Nebraska), who passed away on December 11, 2021, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert D. Sr. Welchert and Donna Jean Welchert; and his brothers, Rick, Robert D. Jr. and Timothy.

He is survived by : his children, James W. Welchert and Salley Welchert of Omaha; and his grandson Jesse Welchert. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
