We bid farewell to Howard Shannon (Red Cloud, Nebraska), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 24, 2025 at the age of 65. Howard touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. In the vast expanse of eternity, Howard shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Howard farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carol Shannon (Horton) and Harold Lee "Short" Shannon. He is survived by: his spouse Lucreatia Goebel; his son Dylan (Shelby); his grandson Tripp (Howard); his son Tripp; and his brothers, Hal Shannon, Herb and Kay Shannon.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Crossgate Community Church (1230 GH, Franklin, NE 68939).
A memorial fund has been established by the family for later designation.
