He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Evelyn Forte (Kwiatkowski); his parents, Antonetta Forte Mr (Liardo) and Hyde Park; his children, Marie Atkinson (Glen) of Milford, John J. Forte, Jr. (Candace) of Franklin, Stephen Forte (Jaye) of Broomfield and Chris Forte (Kathy) of Cumberland; his brothers, Andrew and Dominic Forte; and his grandchildren, Caroline, Joseph, Alicia, Ryan, Brianna, Tabitha and Miranda.
