He was predeceased by : his spouse Libra "Libby" Carlucci (Evangelista); and his brother Michael Carlucci. He is survived by : his children, Dora A. Brett (Ken) of Norfolk, Mario P. Carlucci (Valerie) of North Smithfield and Attn; his grandchildren, Christina Hunchard, Maurica Powell, Adam Carlucci, Emily Cody, Haley Carlucci, Erika Ellis, Lana Schifano, Martina Carlucci, Louis Carlucci, Jesse Bonnell, Sarah Torborg, Jordan Bonnell and Hannah Bonnell; his great grandchildren, Owen, Jake Powell, Windsor and Portia Cody; and his siblings, Addolorata Carlucci and Carmina Pizzi.
