He was predeceased by : his parents, Jerry Sokolovsky and Gladys Sokolovsky (Mahel); and his siblings, George, Jerome, Marilyn and Joan.

He is survived by : his sisters, Margaret Anderson and Mary Ann Hrdlicka.
