She was predeceased by : her parents, Monica Dubas Sr. (Czapla) and Joseph Dubas; her siblings, Joseph Dubas (Florence), Ray Dubas (Donna), Virgil Dubas, Dominek, Alois Dubas, Valeria Wozny (Norbert), Marcyanna Voichahoske and Frances Dubas; and her nephews, Kenneth Dubas and Brian Wozny.
She is survived by : her brother-in-law Ed Voichahoske; and her nieces and nephews, Rose Jarosz (Jim), Kathleen Dubas, Nadine Johnson (Steve), Lori Spenner (Al), Kelly Konwinski (Dave), Kim Cox (Randy), Keith Dubas, Roger Wozny (Mary), Paul Wozny (Sherry), Mark Wozny, Tim Wozny (Sheryl), Michael Voichahoske (Jean Urkoski), Al Voichahoske, Don Voichahoske (Kathy), Pat Voichahoske (Stephanie) and Jeff Dubas (Sallie Muller). She is also survived by many great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
