She was predeceased by : her parents, William Kolar and Helen B. Kolar (Ruzicka); her husband Elvin Gress; her son Lonnie Gene; and her parents-in-law, Harold and Irene Gress.

She is survived by : her son Kurt Gress (Janis) of Columbus; and her sister Betty Rother (Bryce) of Grand Island. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
