He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Charles Sr., Sharon Barbur and Dayle Gewecke; and his aunt Cheri Head. He is survived by: his parents, Robert Stewart Barbur and Tracy Annette Barbur (Head); his daughter Zailee Sharon Barbur; his siblings, Taytum Stutzman (Brodrick), Turner Barbur (Léopold Duchemin) and Teneal Barbur (Wes Ronne); his grandparents, Patsy Gewecke, Joe and Jackie Head; his aunts and uncles, Charlie (Deb), Lori Burns (Dennis), Casey Head, Trisha Gewecke, Brian Lewandowski and Mike (Jess); and his cousins, Koby Head, Kaili Head, JoLee Gewecke, JaeLynn Gewecke, Brandon Waldron (Melanie), Brooke Cissell (Jeff), Cody Gewecke (Paige) and Marisa Gewecke.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Farmer & Son Funeral Home (242 N 10th St, Geneva, NE 68361). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the First Congregational United Church of Christ (906 H St, Geneva, NE 68361). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at the Geneva Public Cemetery (1043 G St, Geneva, NE 68361).
Memorials are suggested to the family for future designation.
