He is survived by : his wife Erma Nelson of Genoa, NE; his children, Don Nelson (Rose) of Columbus, NE, Roger Nelson (Kate) of Genoa, NE, Duane Nelson (Cindy) of Norfolk, NE, Kathleen Simley of Lincoln, NE, Deb Loseke (Tom) of Columbus, NE, Linda Wienck (John) of Randolph, KS and Janice; his grandchildren, Christopher Simley (Jordyn) of Elkhorn, NE, Rebecca Simley of Lincoln, NE, Karalynn Hellbusch of Greenbush, ME, Matthew Hellbusch of Omaha, NE, Preston Nelson of Genoa, NE and Carly Donoghue of Milford, NE.; his great grandchildren, Hudson Simley of Elkhorn, NE and Rudy Malenica; his stepgrandchild Sixteen; and his siblings-in-law, Wendell Stahl of Thornton, CO, Marian Nelson of Columbus, NE, Milton Wennekamp of Columbus, NE and Mary Lou Schreiber. He is also survived by Sixteen Step Great Grandchildren One Step Great Great Grandchild.
