He was predeceased by : his father Duane Blase; and his wife Donna Blase. He is survived by : his mother Joyce Blase (Klingsporn) of Hordville; his children, Stephanie Blase of Columbus and Erin Blase (Cassie) of Grand Island; his grandchildren, Travis Blase, Brooke Nielsen of Genoa, Maylee and Maggie Blase of Grand Island; and his siblings, Cindi Anderson (Joel) of Polk, Ron Blase (Donna) of Grand Island and Melanie Bender (Terry) of Hordville.
Memorials are suggested to the family to be designated at a later date.
