She was predeceased by: her parents, Rueben Ott and Hazel Ott (Ryder); her husband David Foulk; her siblings, Betty Schmidt and LeRoy Ott; and her brother-in-law Greg Foulk.

She is survived by: her son Joshua; her daughter-in-law Sara Foulk of Blair; her daughters, Tonya (Brian Dodson), Tosha (Alex Paxton) and Keysha Foulk of Lincoln; her grandchildren, Quinnton, LeaAnna, Ryker, Zander and Decker; and her brother Gary Ott of Giltner.

Memorials are suggested to the Family to be designated at a later date.
