He was predeceased by: his children, Craig and Linda; his sister Shirley Lynn (Evert); and his parents, Lewis Evert and Nette Evert (Hanks).
He is survived by: his wife Annabelle; his daughter Cindy (Ken Christ); and his daughter-in-law Kathy Evert.
