We are sad to announce that on May 22, 2018, at the age of 69, Virginia Petersen (Gordon, Nebraska), born in Rushville, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Elsie Griffin and Richard Kline; her stepfather Thomas Griffin; her siblings, Ronald Kline, Dorothy Kline and Betty Lakatos; her husband Dennis Petersen; her daughters, Kathy Weber (Steve) and Dela DeSersa (Petersen); and her grandchildren, Luke Retzlaff, Amaya DeSersa, Leah Weber, Sam DeSersa, Sara Weber and Evan DeSersa.
A memorial has been established for the Rushville Public Library or the Rushville Volunteer Fire Department and Rescue Unit and donations may be sent in care of Chamberlain-Pier Funeral Home, PO Box 366 Gordon, NE 69343.
