With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edna Johanna Shelton of Grand Island, Nebraska, who passed away on November 17, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Heiberg and Anna Heiberg (Ellerbrock); her husband James M. Shelton; her siblings, Art and Louise; and her daughter-in-law Linda.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Shelton of Lake Havasu, AZ, Roger Shelton of Grand Island, Dennis Shelton of Grand Island, Steven Shelton of Grand Island, Thomas Shelton of Omaha and Teresa Hake (Les) of Grand Island; her grandchildren, Angie Klostemeier (Don), Shane Shelton (Ericka), James Shelton (Rachel), Nicholas Shelton (Ashley), Brandon Shelton (Kathryn), Alex Shelton (Iris), Jenna Pichler (Shawn) and Tanner Pichler (Hannah); her great grandchildren, Michael, Crystal, Tiffany, Tanner, James, Sarah, Opal, Liam, Eleanor, Jaida, Alaina, Knox, Tara and Eli; and her sister-in-law Marie Lee. She is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
