He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Kelly and Ruth Kelly (Meaders); his wife Rita Powell; his son Steve Kelly; and his sister Brigitte Kelly.
He is survived by: his children, Edward Kelly III, Wally Kelly Jr. and Kim Downs; and his sisters, Pat Kelly of Lakewood, FL and Kathleen Jorgensen of San Antonio, TX. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the All Faiths Funeral Home (2929 S Locust St, Grand Island, NE 68801). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials are suggested to the family for future designation.
