She was predeceased by: her parents, Lemuel Clay and Margaret Clay (Dolen); her siblings, Mildred Clay Fair, Marguerite Clay Gustin, Jim Clay, Dora Clay Nansel, Helen Clay Dye, Charley Clay, Bill Clay and John Clay; her grandsons, John Mattson and Tim Cole; and her son-in-law Jack Mattson.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Cole (Kathy) of Omaha and Jeanne Mattson of Grand Island; and her brother Keith Clay. She is also survived by three grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; six great-great grandchildren.
