We bid farewell to Patricia A. Brezenski of Grand Island, Nebraska, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 16, 2025 at the age of 69. Patricia touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ted Ziemba and Theresa Ziemba (Koczor); and her brother-in-law Dick Church. She is survived by: her husband Jerome Brezenski; her sons, Paul Brezenski (Kali), Jim Brezenski (Kathy), Ted Brezenski and Tony Brezenski (Rachel); and her siblings, Leo Ziemba, Albin Ziemba (Mary), Mike Ziemba (Connie), Bill Ziemba (Jodi), Steve Ziemba (Gwen) and Marge Church. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the All Faiths Funeral Home (2929 S Locust St, Grand Island, NE 68801). A rosary was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church (518 W State St, Grand Island, NE 68801).
Memorials are suggested to Pancreatic Cancer Research as Pat was a 30 plus year survivor.
