She is survived by : her parents, Jayden Dvorak and Shelbi Dvorak of Dannebrog, NE; her cousin Lane Thelander; her siblings, Railyn, Oakley, Jaxson, Xander, Sebastian of Dannebrog, NE and Alexis Martin of Randall, KS.; her grandparents, Steve Martin of Superior, NE, Brian and Renita Dvorak (Gorecki) of Saint Libory, NE; her great-grandparents, Sharon Martin of Superior, NE, Ron and Julie Dvorak of Saint Libory, NE; and her great-great-grandparent Evelyn Dvorak. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
