He was loved and cherished by many people including : his great grandchild Sadie Esme; his wife Betty of Grant; his daughters, Vicki Palser (Jerry) of Otis, Kristi Regier (Larry) of Buckner, MO, Linda Brumage (Jonnie) of Thompson's Station, TN and Lisa Buchanan (Micheal) of Napoleon, MO; and his grandchildren, Jaci (Layne), Elijah, Ashleigh, Kylie (Johnathan), Karissa (Alex), Alisha, Austin, Lindsay (Christian), Lezlie (Tyler), Lacey (Christopher), Carson (Mylinda), Michaela, Jordan, Levi (Kiahla), Benjamin, Luke, Suzanna, Rebekah and David. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in Jack's memory for later designation.
