With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeff T. Welch (Greeley, Nebraska), born in Evergreen Park, Illinois, who passed away on May 5, 2020 at the age of 57. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his father Arthur F.. He is survived by : his mother Bernadine V. Welch, Jr. (Wells) of St. Paul; his sister Michele "Mickie"; his brother-in-law John Consola of Frankfort, IL; his brother Art; his sisters-in-law, Debbie Welch of Chicago and Kathy Welch of Havelock, NC; and his nieces and nephews, John (Lupe Consola), Danielle Consola, Catherine Consola, Laura (Eric Rowe) and Brendan Welch (Justin Welch).

When the COVID-19 pandemic eases up a Mass of Christian Burial and Celebration of Life will be held.
