He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward Dugan and Frances Dugan (Dolan); and his son Roy. He is survived by : his wife DeLoris of Greeley, NE; his children, Tom, Joy Dugan, Doloris Ann Dugan, Tim, Pat, Don and Terry of Omaha, NE; and his brother Bill. He is also survived by his 18 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to the Alzheimer's Association.
