She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Penny (Miller) and Jack Duncan Sr. of New Galilee; her sister Rachel Duncan of Darlington; her nieces, Jazmin Boutwell (Franklin) of Omaha and Anna Duncan; her brother Jack Duncan Jr. (Anna); her siblings' children, Caiden of New Galilee and Avery of New Galilee; her son Bralin of New Galilee; her grandparents, Grace Shilling (Kidder), Dave Shilling of Chester, WV, Pete and Kim Miller of Lisbon, OH.; her significant other Lamar Byrd; her pet Alpha; her grandparents, Charles and Ruth Duncan; and her great-grandparents, Floyd, Marjorie Kidder, Paul and Mary Miller. She was also cherished by Several Aunts, Uncles and cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 24th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM at the Memories, Meetings and More (1571 Pennsylvania Avenue B, East Liverpool, OH 43920).
