He is survived by: his children, Yvonne Phelps (Randy), Barry Eckart (Sherry), Janice Hobbs, Sherri White (Chris) and Mark Eckart (Betty); his stepchildren, Letha Smith (Craig), Curt Carter (Kim), Lori Naill and Kevin Carter; and his sister Grace Spitzer. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
