He was predeceased by: his siblings, Agnes "Muckey" Lantefield, Francis Muckey, James Muckey, Robert Muckey, Patrick Muckey, Howard Muckey and Jerome Muckey.

He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann "French" Muckey; his children, Renee "Muckey" Howard, David Muckey and Christy "Lucas" Muckey; his grandchildren, Ron Howard, Karly "Thesing" Howard, Doris Howard, Lia Muckey and Olivia Muckey; and his great grandchildren, Logan Howard, Hudson Howard and Marlon Thomas.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the First Lutheran Church. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 11:45 AM to 12:00 PM at the Cedar Dale Cemetery.

Memorial donations may be directed to the First Lutheran Church or the Muckey family.
