She was predeceased by : her parents, William Swarbrick and Fern Swarbrick. She is survived by : her sisters, Deborah Berg (Tom), Karen Duffy and Leslie Amick; her former life partner Greg Banks; and her children, Tiegist and Abeye. She is also survived by many beautiful nieces and nephews.

The family requests, in lieu of flowers contributions may be donated to Hillcrest hospice, Bellevue Nebraska, or Nebraska Humane Society.
