He was predeceased by : his parents, Jake Penner and Vernita Penner (Miller); and his brother Edward Penner. He is survived by : his wife Sharon Lange of Hampton; his children, Linda Hoegh (Tony) of Hampton and Rick Penner (Cara) of Hampton; his grandchildren, Lana Nelson (Adam) of Minneapolis, MN, Maggie Wilhelmy of Minneapolis, MN, Shane Penner (Meghan) of Lincoln and Megan Faller (Nick) of Hampton; his great grandchildren, Uriah, Dedrick Nelson, Liam and Brysen Faller; and his sisters, Judy Hitzmann (LaVelle) of Hampton and Joan Hubbard (Don) of Wagner, SD. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
