She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Mary Arms (Bill Dunn) and John Schaefer; her siblings, Bob, Jan and Jim; her significant other William "Bill" Dunn; her children, William Joseph (B. J.), Richard Lee, David Lester, Robert Lloyd (Pete) and Lesa Marie; her friends, Dolores Wasserburger, John and Terri Herron; and her brother Hardware. She was also cherished by numerous Great-Grandchildren.
Due to the exemplary care provided to Eva by many individuals there, a memorial has been established for the Ponderosa Villa nursing home in Crawford, Nebraska. Donations can be sent to Chamberlain Chapel, P.O. Box 970 in Chadron, NE 69337.
