She was predeceased by : her parents, Anton John and Eleanor Elizabeth Noecker (Kathol); her husband LeRoy M. Folkers; her son Jeff Folkers; and her siblings, Rosemary Feilmeier, Leora Hedberg, Delores Lammers, Marvin Noecker (Teresa), Larry Noecker and Leon Noecker.
She is survived by : her daughters, Jacquelyn Kahler of Yankton, SD, Jayne Onstott of Newcastle, NE and Judy Neville (Mason) of Ocala, FL; and her sisters-in-law, Lorna Noecker of Logan, IA and Carol Noecker of Yankton, SD.. She is also survived by five grandchildren, five great grandchildren; one great grandchild.
