He was predeceased by : his parents, Frederick Lammers and Winifred Lammers (Wieseler); his wife Margaret Katherine Dreesen; his siblings, Howard, Harold Lammers, Mary Ann Hirschman and Georgine Disher; his grandson William Webbert III; and his siblings-in-law, Francis Dreesen, Kenny Dreesen, Clair Hirshman, John Disher, Ben Lowe, Marian Lammers and Evelyn Lowe.

He is survived by : his nephews, Chuck Hirschman, Ron Hirschman, David Disher, David Lammers, Tom Lammers and Todd Lammers; his children, Dan Lammers (Joan) of Yankton, SD, Dean J. Lammers of Hartington, Denise Webbert (Bill) of Norfolk and Doug Lammers (Kelley) of Chalan, WA; his grandsons, Jake Lammers (Eric), Kurt Lammers (Sarah), Elle and Dylan; and his sisters-in-law, Jeanie Fourtner of North Platte, NE, Adeline Dreesen of Hartington and Rosie Dreesen of South Yankton, NE..
