He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank Keiter and Katherine Keiter (Sohm); and his sisters, Mary Frances Keiter, Theresa Keiter and Catherine Dierks (Ralph).
He is survived by : his brother Tony; his wife Darlene Berneice Fischer; his sons, Rev. Jim Keiter of Fordyce, NE and Ken Keiter (Kayla) of Hartington; his grandchildren, Judd Keiter (Lauren), Kendra and Kinzey Keiter; his great grandchild Joanna; his brother Anthony Keiter (Tony) of Hartington; and his cousin Fischer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
