She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Kohtz and Eleanor Kohtz (Junge); her brother Howard; her sibling's children, Teresa Kline and Eugene Kohtz, Jr.; and her brother-in-law Paul Toohey.
She is survived by: her siblings, Connie Toohey, Gene Kohtz (Mary) and Marshall Kohtz (Gail); her siblings' children, Tammy Toohey Larsen (Jim), Michele Hall (Steve), Chris Kohtz (Allison), Scott Kohtz (Jenny), John Kohtz (Emily Brodersen), Ruth Kohtz Ek (Andrew), Sarah Kohtz and Grace Chipman; and her sister-in-law Laura Kohtz (Stierwaldt).
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Elks Country Club (3050 E South St, Hastings, NE 68901).
