We are sad to announce that on October 8, 2021, at the age of 86, James Garrett of Hayes Center, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Lester H. Garrett and Lanola A. Garrett (Plunkett); his wife Dorothy Garrett (Chambers); his children, Lanola Ann, Debra Spickelmier and Lester James "Bud" Garrett; and his great grandchildren, William Reich and Cole Frederick.

He is survived by : his children, Jerry Garrett (Albert Joyce) of Grand Island, NE and Brenda Yeager (Chuck) of Hayes Center, NE; and his children-in-law, Merle Spickelmier of Hemingford, NE and Cathy Garrett of North Platte, NE.
