She was predeceased by : her parents, Carl Richardson and Irene Richardson (Halligan); her husband Arthur F. Johnston; and her daughters, Julie McMahon and Carla Johnston.

She is survived by : her children, Frank Johnston (Donna) of Oakhurst, CA and Sherrie Anton (Stephen) of Hershey; and her sister Nadine Heath of North Platte. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
