She was predeceased by: her husband Robert W. "Bob" Hock; her son Ronald Robert Hock; her granddaughter Andrea Lane Wendell; her sister Verna Swanson (Donald); and her brothers-in-law, John Gear, Vern Jackson and Harlan Lilyhorn.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cynthia Faye and Cinde Wendell (Monte) of Johnson Lake, Nebraska; her grandchildren, Greg Hock (Pilar) of Henderson, Nevada, Gina Jones of Henderson, Nevada, Jill Lavene (Justin) of Lincoln, Nebraska and Joe Wendell (Hannah) of Smithfield; her great grandchildren, Kaitlin, Katherine Hock, Brianna, Stephanie Jones, Ava, Carter, Grant Lavene, Dylan and Ashlyn Wendell; her sister Mary Louise Lilyhorn of Holdrege; and her sister-in-law Lorraine Gear. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Celebration of Life Services for Norma E. Hock will be held at a later date at the Hope Lutheran Church in rural Smithfield, Nebraska, due to current health restrictions in place with the COVID-19 pandemic.
A memorial has been established in Norma's honor, and kindly suggested to Hope Lutheran Church, Holdrege Memorial Homes or the donor's choice.
