She was predeceased by : her parents, Walter Ash and Dorothy 'Kempke Ash; her husband Dean; her stepfather Robert Hayes; her parents-in-law, Harold and Ruth Peck; her daughter-in-law Fronja Peck; her grandson Seth Johnson; her siblings, Robert Hayes Jr., Richard Hayes, Norman Hayes, Russell Hayes and Marilyn Whitsell; and her siblings-in-law, Keith Peck, Darwin Maxwell, Jim Goetsinger and Bonnie Peck.

She is survived by : her children, Randall Peck of Fremont, Carol Johnson (Neal) of Hooper and Julie Schuppan (Lee) of Doniphan, NE.; her siblings, Larry Hayes of Lyons and Peggy Goetsinger of Boone, IA.; her siblings-in-law, Colleen Hayes of Oakland, Connie Goings of Lyons, Jeanie Hayes of Republic, MO. and Mike Stolley of Fremont; her grandchildren, Jana Edic, Janene Peck-Margot, Jennifer Samuelson, Alysia Johnson and Jacob Koester; and her great grandchildren, Caden Samuelson, Peyton Hansen, Kyler Edic, Elynn Samuelson, Kellan Edic and Elise Margot.
