He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Leroy Phillips and Irene Phillips (Suhr); and his children, Robyn Westergaard (Gene) of Herman, Shawn Linsacum (Gary) of Grand Junction, CO, Kyle Phillips (Jeannie) of Montrose, CO and Kim Witt of Montrose, CO. He was also cherished by 9 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, 5 great great grandchildren.
