He was predeceased by : his parents, Huey Duncan and Doris Duncan (Milton); his spouse Lavern Wallace; his son Robert "Red" Duncan; his granddaughter Connie O'Connell; and his son-in-law Jim O'Connell.

He is survived by : his children, Meredith O'Connell of Lincoln, NE and Kenneth Duncan (Colleen) of Wisner, NE; and his grandchildren, Dawn Shafer, Shawn O'Connell, Briana Wilcox (Jordan), Sheryl O'Connell and Jim O'Connell. He is also survived by many great- grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
