With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Catherine Kay Zozaya Ingram of Kearney, Nebraska, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 2, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Don Shafto and VerJean Shafto (Shafto); her daughter Tonya; her grandsons, Matthew and Mark Nutt; her sister Pam Baird; and her brother-in-law Gary Runge.
She is survived by: her children, Bobby Zozaya (Jenn), Angela Nutt (Ward) and Christina Thompson (Otto); her sister Donna Runge; her brother-in-law Charlie Baird; her grandchildren, Hannah Cline (Josh), Haley, Javynn Zozaya, Parker Nutt (Kyleigh), Jace, Jada Thompson, Olivia Mendoza, Sam Zozaya, Sylvie Bonilla (Anthony), Cruz and Jax; her great grandchild Kennedy Cline; and the father of her children Robert Zozaya (Shari). She is also survived by many nieces nephews, extended family.
Memorials suggested to Ronald McDonald House Charities in honor of her great granddaughter, Kennedy.
