She was predeceased by : her parents, Bernard Kotarski and Julia Kotarski; and her son James. She is survived by : her son Richard Novotny (Nancy) of Bushnell, NE; and her granddaughters, Heather Norberg, Natalie Elder, Sarah Heideman and Julie Madden. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
