She was predeceased by : her parents, Albert Brauer and Laura Brauer (Phelps); her son Wendell Harms; and her brothers, Norman, David, Merle and Virgil.

She is survived by : her husband Vernon Harms; her children, Wesley Harms (Tami) of Harrisburg, SD and Candace Debowey (Pastor Darrell) of Laramie, WY; her brother Ivan Brauer (Joyce) of Yuma, CO; and her grandchildren, Ashley Baxendale (Jared), David Debowey (Beth), Jon Debowey (Hope), Jacob Harms and Vandi Bymers.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to St. John's Lutheran Church or the Kimball County Manor Employee Fund.
