He was predeceased by : his parents, Lyle Barrett and Doris Barrett (Churchill); and his siblings, Charles Barrett and Gloria Woods. He is survived by : his wife Pat Barrett of Kimball, NE; his children, Brent Barrett (Julie) of Pueblo, CO and Brenda Richter (Paul) of Missoula, MT; and his grandchildren, Katelyn and Abbie Barrett.

Memorials may be given in memory of Floyd to either Camp Laramie Peak, First English Lutheran Church or a charity of the donor's choice..
